Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an American-style rectangular silver license plate with a black outline which has darker and lighter shades of orange and rose pink camouflage in the background. The silver license plate features two silver screw or rivet heads and also features two black and light silver bullet holes appearing to be shot into the license plate. The word "FARM" is featured on the silver license plate and appears as raised or stamped lettering on the license plate. The image upon the word "FARM" shows mature corn-stalks in silhouette at dusk in shades of black and medium-gray, and light-silver. The letters of the word "FARM" is outlined in shades of black, dark-gray, dark-silver, light-gray, and light-silver. The word "THE" appears in block text in the upper left quadrant of the image. The word "THE" is in light-tan. The word "THE" appears on a rough-hewn plank of wood which said wood has a grain design appearing in darker and medium shades of brown and tan. The rough-hewn wooden plank is attached in the upper left-hand corner to the silver license plate with two black and gray nails which are slightly bent and also by a third nail of which only the gray nail-head shows. The words "scene investigation" appear on a long and narrow rectangle located in the bottom third of the image which obscures only a small amount of the license plate image in the lower-left-hand corner. This long and narrow rectangle features the colors of burnt orange, yellow-orange, medium orange, tan, and yellow in a pattern reminiscent of camouflage. The long and narrow rectangle is reminiscent of tape used by police to mark of a crime scene. Across the mid-section of the long and narrow rectangle appear the words "SCENE INVESTIGATION." The words "SCENE INVESTIGATION" appear to be stenciled thereon in black block letters. The long and narrow rectangle is outlined in black. The long and narrow rectangle appears to be attached to the license plate by a single screw or rivet with only the medium and light-gray head of the screw or rivet showing .
