The mark consists of the text "T.A.R.G.E.T." in broken, stylized letters in the colors silver and white with black outlines, appearing above a circle design element. The circle design features a black ring with a gold outline. Inside the black ring, there is a topographic image of two hills, shown in grey with white lines. The ground appears in a darker grey, and the sky appears in white.
