The mark consists of the words "SYDNEY'S", "SWEET", "SOAPS", and a shower-bathtub filled with donuts and cupcakes. The word "SYDNEY'S" is shown in a capitalized, stylized cursive, and violet colored font. The upper portion of "SYDNEY'S" is shown in a darker shade of violet whereas the bottom portion is shown in a lighter potion. Beneath "SYDNEY'S" are the words "SWEET" and "SOAPS". "SWEET SOAPS" is shown in a standard, upper case, dark purple font and is in a smaller size than "SYDNEY'S". The literal element of the mark is displayed in front of a large bathtub which is comprised of a tub, 2 legs, and a shower set. The tub is shown in various shades of yellow with streaks of purple lining around the top, bottom, and side perimeters of the tub. The perimeter lining is made of dark purple with traces of violet. The 2 legs at the bottom of the tub are made of different shades of blue and cyan while pointing away from the tub. Emerging from the top left side of the tub is a shower set ending in a shower head. The shower pipe is made of a dark purple with traces of violet that rises then curves down and to the right. The shower head is made of a dark cyan with a white line running through the showerhead. Emerging from the shower head are 3 drops of water shown in both dark and light shades of blue. Inside of the tub are two donuts and two cupcakes. The donut on the far left is a brown donut with dark brown shading and highlights topped with pink icing. The next donut is smaller than first and is a brown donut with brown chocolate icing. Behind the donuts is a cupcake with blue icing. Behind and to the right of this cupcake is a 2nd cupcake with hot pink icing. The wrappers for the cupcakes are shown in orange with alternating rectangles shown in a salmon and brown colors. All 4 treats have sprinkles shaped as either circles or round rectangles showing colors including white, purple, bright green, yellow, violet, orange, pink, and white. Scattered about are various dark blue soap bubble designs with the lower half shaded light blue and the top half containing as well as two circles of white for highlights. Beneath all of this is an oval shaped shadow shown in light violet on the left gradually becoming darker towards the right. The white background and the white space in the middle of the donut are not claimed as features of the mark.
