Description of Design Search

The mark consists of two words which share the first letter of each word and a vine with an eggplant branching off of the large shared letter. Specifically, the Shared letter is a stylized capital "S" roughly three times the size of the font of any other letter. It is colored a light green and shaded in black edging all the way around. To its right in a double row (one on top of the other) are the two words that share the capital "S" as their first letter. The top row font is four fifths the font size of the bottom row and located midway to the right of the capital "S". It spells "UPPERS". The bottom row font is one third the font size of the capital S and spells "ERVED". It is located directly below the top row and ends even with the bottom of the capital "S". Both the top and lower level are colored in the same light green as the capital "S" but shaded in white and black to show light shining from the upper left and shadow falling to the lower right of the letters. The "s" of the top row "uppers" lies on top of the bottom row's second "e" in the row's "erved" so that the "d" in "erved" does not have anything above it. The Stylized "S" which the two rows share has a vine growing out of the left upper curve of the S so that the vine splits off towards the left and curls back under itself twice forming two concentric circles. Three leaves extend outwards from the outer circle, two pointing up, the third extending left but pointing down. Continuing along the vine to the lowest portion of the outer circle formed by the vine are two leaves attached to each other covering the vine and pointed to the right and left respectively. A final small leaf is attached to the inner circle formed by the vine on top and points to the right. All leaves and the vine are colored the same light green as the letters and shaded in black like the capital "S". Beneath these leaves and attached to the vine (presumably) behind the leaves (unseen) is an eggplant which connect from the vine and reaches down to be cradled in the bottom of the capital "S". The eggplant has a green "cap" of vegetation with the body of the eggplant colored purple with white shading on its body. The round portion at its bottom fits into the lower curve of the capital "S".
