Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a predominantly featured, old-fashioned, vintage, cruiser-styled bicycle with a wine bottle-filled basket affixed to the front handle bar and a partially filled picnic basket resting on the rear-wheel rack. The bicycle depicted in the logo is also equipped with front and rear-end ducktail fenders, and a vintage-styled chain-guard featuring racing stripes and/or indentations. The spokes of both the front and rear bicycle wheels are blurred for illustrative value. Two of the wine bottles inside the front-handle basket are dark and the third bottle is depicted with a light or transparent shade. The rear picnic basket, resting on the rear-wheel rack consists of a picnic blanket or tablecloth, with a portion extending slightly outside of the basket. Above the depiction of the bicycle, is the wording "Roswell Provisions"; the first letters of both words in the term are capitalized. Below the prominent depiction of the bicycle is the phrase "Vin - Fromage - Community On Canton Street".
