Description of Design Search
The mark consists of five concentric ring elements with three outer rings of narrow width, a fourth middle ring with a narrow border/outline containing the word elements of the mark and two dog bone designs and a fifth, center ring or disk with an outline/border containing the art work of a dogs face. The wording that appears in the fourth middle ring is "PUPPY YUMMY" and the phrase "FLAVORFUL CHOICES FOR HEALTHY DOGS". The wording "PUPPY YUMMY" is placed atop the art work of two dog bones on opposite sides of the ring that separates the wording "PUPPY YUMMY" from the wording in the lower portion of the ring, which is "FLAVORFUL CHOICES FOR HEALTHY DOGS". Inside the central ring or disk is the art work of a dog's face that appears to be happy with his tongue hanging out of his mouth.
