The mark consists of product packaging being a rectangular can label containing a main section with the following elements, from top to bottom: three yellow and white lemon slices with white shine and yellow water droplets, six light purple and dark purple blackberries with white shine, a plurality of green and light green leaves with green and white water droplets and white shine, and a plurality of pieces of ice in various shades of white and red floating on a red liquid. A series of circles representing bubbles extend throughout the liquid in various shades of white and red. The above elements are contained in a transparent glass jar having jar threads along the top of the jar in the colors red, white, green, purple, yellow, and black, reflecting the contained elements. On the left side of the label representing the front of the can is a circular logo with a black background and dashed purple border with three white stars along the bottom of the circle. Inside the circle is the phrase "OLE SMOKY TENNESSEE MOONSHINE" in white stylized lettering in a stacked configuration. Below the circle is a purple background in the shape of the State of Tennessee containing phrase "BLACKBERRY LEMONADE" in white lettering. To the right of the circle representing the back and sides of the can are two white sections surrounded by black dotted lines; the dotted lines and white area enclosed by the dotted lines are not claimed as features of the mark.
