The mark consists of a rectangular shaped image of a brown drink comprised of a clear glass filled with ice in shades of brown with fluid splashing out of the rim of the glass; the glass is seated within a bed of ice in blue and white in the background; on top of the drink appears a yellow sun with an orange outline around the sun; a red swipe design appears at the top left of the sun; behind the sun appears white rays with an orange background; an orange banner appears to be circling the glass; a droplet appears toward the bottom left of the mark in shades of green; on the bottom right hand of the drink appears a sliced peach in yellow with a brown seed at the core and shades of orange to yellow on the skin; an orange bar appears at the top and bottom of the mark; the color white appears throughout the mark for highlighting purposes.
