The mark consists of the overall shape and configuration of a knife. The following elements of the knife are claimed as a feature of the mark: a contoured, T-shaped handle having two finger grooves; a serrated lower guard face extends into a radiused finger choil; a double-radius recurved-shape main lower edge; from the point back toward the rear on the top of the blade, the clip is a dual-plane straight-edge cutting surface; at the rear end of the clip, the blade drops in a radiused curve into a flat on the back of the blade with a serrated area at the front portion of the flat; at the rear of the blade on top, the flat transitions into a reverse arc curving guard face with serrations; from the tip of the T-shaped guard the handle extends downward in a radius extending into a short flat; at the end of the flat, the top of the handle has an elongated S-shaped configuration; at the top rear of the handle, the pommel extends downward into a forward sloping radius around a lower knob extension at the bottom and continues forward along a flat to an extended point; the point turns upward into a radiused finger groove; the front end of the finger groove forms a tip where the front finger groove begins; the front of the blade at the point the upper and lower grind lines intersect on both sides forms a curved line into the tip; the front faces of the handle scales are recessed tangent to the serrations along both the upper and the lower T-shaped guard faces; there are multiple thong holes within the handle.
