Description of Design Search
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a green champagne bottle with (1) an orange-coloured wrapped cap, (2) a wrap-around neck label at the base of the wrapping in pinkish pink (Pantone 487C) on which the terms "LAURENT-PERRIER" in black feature, the neck label containing a border with a frieze design in garnet (Pantone 261) with an outer gold border, (3) an engraved green monogram in the form of the initials "LP" with a border in the shape of an escutcheon, (4) a main circular pinkish pink (Pantone 487C) label on which appear the words "CUVÉE ROSÉ" in red above the wording "CHAMPAGNE" in garnet (Pantone 261), above the wording "LAURENT-PERRIER" in black being surrounded by arabesques in garnet (Pantone 261).
