Description of Design Search
The mark consists of a shield with a wide, solid band at the outer edges, surmounted by a stylized image of an eagle looking left. The word "ICE" appears at the top of the shield, directly below the eagle. A ribbon bearing the word "OFFICER" appears on the bottom of the shield. At the center of the shield is a circle bordered by the outlined letter "U" on its left side and the outlined letter "S" on its right side. Nine rays of light emanate from the top portion of the circle. Eleven outlined stars form a semicircle around the lower portion of the circle The interior background of the shield design has a subdued repeating cross-hatched pattern comprised of faint horizontal and vertical series of lines.
