Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized wording "HALEFO" written in an arch formation in blue color. Below the word "HALEFO" is an image of a hill in green color with a green and brown palm tree on top of the hill. Directly below the palm tree are two brown and yellow cannons facing in the right and left directions, with yellow cannonballs placed below the nozzle of each cannon and a yellow and black drum in between. Above the cannons on the right and left side are cascading flags in black, blue, red, brown, and white. To the left of the palm tree is an American flag and to the right of the palm is a Haitian flag. Two flags in red and black color sit on the left and right hand sides of the hill, whereas an arbitrary black symbol sits below each red flag. At the bottom of the hill is a banner in white color containing the words "Lunion Fait La Force" in black. Directly below the image of the hill are the words "HAITIAN AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION" in blue color, whereas "HAITIAN AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT" is written directly above "FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION".
