Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the following elements: The letters FF in mirror images in a black box with rounded corners centered atop a long black rectangle that contains the words FINCA FLICHMAN. The letters FF and FINCA FLICHMAN are gold. There is a thin gold line forming an interior border within the FF box. The FINCA FLICHMAN rectangle contains a broken horizontal gold line just inside the top border of the box and an unbroken horizontal gold line inside the bottom border; both sets of gold lines stop just short of either end of the rectangle. Below the black and gold rectangle is a design of a stylized human head. The head has black eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth, and the head is shaded variously in black, brown, tan and red, with a gray shadow.
