Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a vertical rectangle design with curved rectangle design, inside of which is a border of two lines with an ornamental leaves and curves design at each corner of the rectangle. At the top center of the rectangle are the stylized words "EVANS & TATE". Beneath the words "EVANS & TATE" are the stylized larger words "STRAWBERRY FIELDS" that are bolded, outlined, and highlighted on the left edge of each letter. The word "FIELDS" appears below the word "STRAWBERRY" with both words arching in the center. Beneath "FIELDS" is the smaller stylized term "AUSTRALIA" also appearing in an arch. Small daisies appear to the left and right of the words "EVANS & TATE" and beneath the "RY" in "STRAWBERRY". On the bottom half of the rectangle, beneath and to the left of the wording "AUSTRALIA" are the images of butterflies, strawberries with stems, and daisies. A butterfly appears to be carrying one strawberry away. In the center bottom, several butterflies appear to be using a net to carry a larger strawberry. The strawberries are surrounded by daisies. There is a horizontal banner in front of the strawberry in the net that tapers into ribbons on each side. On the banner appears the wording "ROSÉ" in the center. Two strawberries and two daisies also appear in front of the banner and one small strawberry appears below the banner.
