Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an overall rectangular white label design having larger and smaller section that each has perforated red edge at the top and bottom of each section. The upper rectangle features a white background with the stacked black wording "DISTIL." followed by the black "NO 9" with the "O" appearing smaller superscript font with a line underneath. Next directly below in stacked form appears the stylized wording, all in black, "SELECTED UKRAINIAN WHEAT", "SMALL", "FROM THE WORLD'S MOST FERTILE SOIL", "BATCH", "BLENDED WITH CRYSTAL-PURE WATER", "VODKA", and "FROM CARPATHIAN SPRINGS".
