Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a transparent glass bottle with a rectangular body and a bottle neck. The neck displays a red and golden capsule, two labels, a red and golden layer covering the bottle neck and a red seal carrying a family crest. The capsule of the bottle is painted in red and gold. On the red covering there is the word "Schladerer" written in stylized golden letters. Over the top of the bottle from one side of the bottle neck to the other there is a red ribbon showing the word "Zertifikat" printed in gold on the bottle neck. A brown colored string is wrapped around this ribbon right below the red cap and has a knot from which the two ends of the string hang down. These two ends are fixed to the bottle by a roundish red seal which is placed between bottle neck and shoulder label of the bottle. This seal has a thick rim and shows the family crest as described below. The shoulder label is positioned right below the seal and overlaps to both sides of the bottle. This shoulder label is beige colored and has a fine golden horizontal line on its upper and lower end. In the middle there is the word "Schladerer" written in red bold capital letters. Above this word element there is the word "Alfred" written in black stylized hand writing. Below the word element "Schladerer" in the same length the words "Schwarzwälder Hausbrennerei" are written in smaller script consisting of black standard capital letters. The parts of the shoulder label overlapping to the sides of the bottle are covered by two different crests: One, the company crest, is showing two eagles holding a sword, standing back to back to each other and having a crown above their heads. In the middle of these eagles there is a shield showing a cross and a circle. The other crest, the family crest, consists of a shield showing five stars on the upper half and a mill wheel on the below. The shield is flanked by a lion on the right and a vine on the left. The top of the shield displays a wine goblet. The rectangular body label on the front side of the bottle is beige having a thin golden frame close to Its borders. On the top of the label there Is the company crest also shown on the one side of the bottle. Below this emblem, the word "Schwarzwälder is displayed above the word "Kirschwasser" both written in red capital letters. Underneath, there are the words "Aus volirelfen Früchten gebrannt" written in black stylized letters. Beneath, the word "Schladerer" is shown in black as signature. Below, there are the words "Brennkunst selt 1844" written in golden capital letters.
