Description of Design Search
The mark consists of a drawing of a globe showing North America; a crane is shown with its wings outstretched, beak pointing upwards and feet on the approximate spot where Minnesota would be on the North American continent; a turtle appears with its feet, tail and head emerging from behind the globe, as though it were straddling or embracing the globe from behind; and the words "A BALANCED LIFE" appear against a black background band in an arc beneath the globe, with the words "TURTLE AND CRANE" against a light background in an arc below and parallel to "a balanced life".
