Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the two words "Zig" and "Vig" in bold Arial font. "Zig" and "Vig" are separated by one space between the last letter of "Zig" or "g" and the first letter of "Vig" or "V". Both the "Z" and "V" are capitalized while "ig" is lowercase. This applies to both "Zig" and "Vig". There is a solid straight (180 degree) line which underlines the "Zig" and "Vig". Underneath the middle bottom curve of both "g"s and the letters "Zi" and "Vi", this line merged, giving the bottom of "Zig" and "Vig" the appearance of a straight line. This line is also separated by one space so it does not connect the words. There are 3 zigzag designs that appear in "Zig Vig". Two of the zigzag designs appear on the horizontal lines of the letter "Z" in "Zig". One zigzag design appears on top, the second design is on the bottom. The zigzag design would resemble an upside down "W". For the inclining and declining lines of the zigzag design, the height would vary so the acute and adjacent angles would form different size peaks. The top of these peaks can either be pointed or flat. The zigzag design must stay within the width of "Z". This applies for both the top and the bottom horizontal lines of "Z". The third zigzag design would appear in the word "Vig" and it would lie on the solid horizontal line in the middle of the letters "V" and "i". The same condition that applies for the two zigzag designs (the height, acute and adjacent angles, and peaks) in the letter "Z" would apply for "Vig". The only difference is the zigzag design must be confined within the space between the "V" and "i". For both "Zig" and "Vig the zigzag design begins and ends starting from the top of the horizontal line it rests on.
