The mark consists of the word "ZED" in yellow letters superimposed across a red sphere outlined in white with the word "CANDY" in smaller white letters enclosed in a black box outlined in white that curves around the bottom of the sphere. Below appears a red horizontal line and underneath which are the words "LIQUID FILLED GUM" in red letters outlined in yellow with a green and white tennis ball between the words "liquid filled" and "gum," below which appear the words "TENNIS" on one line and "BALL" on a second line, both appearing in larger red letters shaded with white, below which appear the words "LEMON & LIME FLAVOURING" in yellow letters in horizontal green rectangle, below which appears a yellow tennis ball with the words "ZED CANDY" imprinted on the tennis ball. Drops of yellow liquid splash from the tennis ball. A tube of tennis balls stands to the right of the described words with a band of yellow containing the words "TENNIS BALL" in red toward the top of the tube with a green and white ball appearing to the upper right of the wording, and toward the bottom of the tube, a small image of the ZED CANDY logo in red, yellow, white and black appearing to the right and above a yellow band outlined in red with the words "LIQUID FILLED" in red on one line above the words "bubble gum" in black letters on a second line, this band being wrapped around the tube such that the last letter "D" in "liquid filled" and the last letter "m" in "BUBBLE GUM" are not seen, with the words "LEMON & LIME" in yellow letters in a horizontal green rectangle at the bottom of the band. A small image of the ZED CANDY logo in red, yellow, white and black appears in the lower left of the mark, all of the foregoing words and designs being contained in a rectangle with a black background in the top three-quarters and a green background in a concave shape in the bottom quarter of the rectangle.
