Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a black-and-white image of the word WINE followed by a space followed by the word DOC; in particular the letters 'W' 'I' and 'O' are themselves separate designs: the 'W' and 'O' represent black-and-white versions of 'wine stains,' as if wine were used as 'water color paint' to draw out these letters; while as to the 'I', it is replaced by a traditional two-armed corkscrew wherein (1) the arms are in the down position at the bottom of the corkscrew, together forming the body of the 'I' and (2) the dot of the 'I' is formed from the lip of the corkscrew.
