The mark consists of a rectangular strip positioned horizontally in the lowermost portion of the design. Above said strip appear the hands of a coffee picker picking coffee beans from a coffee plant as well as a partial view of the coffee picker's torso and three partially seen baskets, all over the background of bushes. Above this image appears a black background with scattered little brown spots over which appear the words "MATIZ IVORY" in stylized letters. In the upper portion of the design appears another ivory rectangular spot positioned vertically over which appear the words "WHOLE BEAN COFFEE". This ivory spot covers part of the black area of the design. The color black appears in the background of the upper half area of the mark and in the words "WHOLE BEAN COFFEE". The color ivory appears in the horizontally positioned strip at the bottom portion of the design, in the vertically positioned strip in the upper portion of the design and in the word "IVORY". The color beige appears in the baskets and in the coffee picker's arms and hands. The color brown appears in the spots scattered over the black area in the upper half section of the mark. The color white appears in the word "MATIZ". The color red appears in the coffee beans. The color green appears in the bushes. The color yellow appears in a leaf over the bushes .
