The mark consists of the stylized wording "WHERE LIFE MEETS VISION" going across the top from left to right, spreading the full width of the image. The color of the lettering is greenish gold. Under the words there are 5 squares of equal size, equally spaced spreading the full width of the lettering. From left to right the colors of the front of the squares are purple, dark blue, green, orange, & reddish brick color. On the face of each square is a white image filling the face of the squares. From the left to right, the images, (one per square), consist of, a woman walking with a purse, a man running, the front part of an automobile, a man standing reading a book, a person riding a bicycle. Below the squares on the left half of the image, there is the stylized word "LIFE". It consists of letters that are considerably larger than the letters on top of the image. The color of the letters is dark blue. On the right half of the image below the squares, there is the stylized word, "STYLE". The color of the letters is reddish brick. Below the word "LIFE", is the stylized phrase "EYECARE CENTERS". The size of the letters is slightly bigger than the letters going across the top of the image.
