The mark consists of a circle, the outer border of which is comprised of four intertwining colored portions, each color taking up one quarter of the outer border of the circle, with the blue colored portion in the upper left quadrant of the outer border of circle, the green colored portion in the upper right quadrant of the outer border of the circle, the orange colored portion in the lower right quadrant of the outer border of the circle and the fuchsia colored portion in the lower left quadrant of the outer border of the circle.
