Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a generally beige rectangle and within it a blue parallelogram extending from the left to the right sides thereof and containing the word "Weihenstephaner" in white intermediate two white lines, below such the words "Hefe Weissbier" in beige and intermediate two white lines, and a random pattern of white specks. The rectangle includes rectangular borders in blue on the upper and lower edges thereof, each containing a random pattern of white specks and lines. Between the upper border and the parallelogram is a gold pedestal featuring two gold lions appearing on either side of a shield. The shield features five gold crowns on the top and is divided into four quadrants. The top left quadrant consists of a pattern of rhombic shapes in gold and beige. The top right quadrant features a gold lion on a beige background. The bottom left quadrant features three stylized beige lions on a gold background. The bottom right quadrant features a Franconian rake in gold with a beige background. The word "BAYERN" appears in beige across the bottom of the pedestal, with a beige line below it. Between the lower border and the parallelogram is a stylized depiction of a plurality of buildings and structures surrounded by a plurality of trees and hills in gold, and below which are the words "THE WORLD'S OLDEST BREWERY" in blue and below such are the words "brewed in Bavaria, Germany Since 1040" in black in a script font.
