The mark consists of conjoined letters "W" and "E", where the right vertical arm of the "W" also serves as the "E" vertical component. The conjoined letters are positioned above an arc, the arc resembles the bottom rail of a rocking chair. The combination of letters and arc are in appearance similar to a livestock brand. The "brand" appears in the center of two concentric circles. The radius of the larger, outside circle is approximately 50% greater than the radius of the smaller circle. Within the space between the two circles are two phrases, each written as an arc which conforms to that space.
