The mark consists of a stylized illustration of a rising sun over the ocean where the sun is made up of a semicircle containing multiple horizontal lines and the ocean is made up of two horizontally outward pointing and curving triangular shapes each made up of three wavy lines. Above the edge of the semicircle rising sun are seven five-point stars arced in a semicircle. The semicircle rising sun and seven stars are surrounded by another overall semicircular shape which is made up by a single line semicircle at its top with a shaded downward pointing curved triangle at its bottom.
