Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a white vertical rectangle outlined in blue and with blue lines, circles and waves on the background of the rectangle. The top right and left corners contain a blue triangle. In the upper center of the rectangle is the blue wording "WARO" with the stylized dark blue wording "HACIENDA TABOGA" below. Below the wording is a flower design in blue, green, red and yellow. Below the flower design is a blue emblem consisting of two concentric circles with a border design inside the outer circle. Inside the circle is the blue letter "F" with the blue word "DESTILERIA" arced at the top and the wording "HACIENDA TABOGA" in blue at the bottom, separated by a blue circle on either side. On the bottom left and right side of the emblem are two smaller green circles and above the circles are two green triangles on either side, with two green leaves on either side. Below the emblem is a green palm tree with a yellow sun in the background. To the left and right of the palm tree are two green mountains on either side, with a blue plant in front of each set of mountains. In front of the yellow sun is an orange monkey and a black, white, yellow and red toucan. Further down are two green turtles facing each other with red triangles below and wavy blue lines at the bottom.
