The mark consists of The mark consists of an image of a compass, outlined inked, with the right half of the circular section shaded in in red, and the left half shaded hollow. The compass is pointing to the west and has an upper case, red letter W placed on top of the indicator which points to the left side and is slightly longer then the other indicator arrows.
