The mark consists of a crest design with a classic shield in the center of the design. The shield has a diagonal line running from the top right corner to the lower center side. In the top left of the shield is a hand and in the center right side of the shield is a hand holding rolled papers. In the center of the shield is a building with a tower. The outer edge of the shield contains rivet marks. Below the shield is a banner containing the letters "U.S." in the left portion of the banner, the word "EQUITIES" in the center of the banner directly below the center bottom point of the shield, and the word "GROUP" on the right side of the banner. The number "19" appears above the left side of the banner above the letters "U.S." and the number "78" appears above the right side of the banner above the word "GROUP". An eagle with its wings open and pointed up is on the right side of the shield facing the shield with one talon on the banner above the word "GROUP" and one talon on the shield. An eagle with its wings open and pointed up is on the left side of the shield facing the shield with one talon on the banner above the letters "U.S." and one talon on the shield. Above the shield is an abstract multiple leaf design which extends symmetrically above the center and right and left top of the shield.
