Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a circle with two bands at the outer edges, one narrow and one wide and solid. Both the narrow and the wide band are indented inward on the left and right sides to more closely encompass the circle. The words "AIR AND MARINE OPERATIONS" appear on the bottom of the circle across the solid, wide band. Three five-pointed stars appear before and after the words "AIR AND MARINE OPERATIONS" across the solid wide band. The words "U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION" appear on the top of the circle, across the solid, wide band. The interior of the circle includes a variation of the Department of Homeland Security Seal, a graphically styled white American eagle on an outline of the continental United States of America. The eagle's wings stretch across the outline of the country. The eagle's talon on the left holds an olive branch with 13 leaves and 13 seeds while the eagle's talon on the right grasps 3 arrows. Centered on the eagle's breast is a shield divided into three sections. The top section, a sky, contains 22 five pointed stars. The bottom left section contains mountains behind a plain underneath a sky. The bottom right section contains four wave shapes depicted by lines.
