The mark consists of the word "UP" in stylized font with an arrow pointing up from the left of the "U" all outlined in turquoise with diagonal striped turquoise lines inside the word "UP" above the word "CYCLERS" in stylized turquoise font arranged in a upward arc. The wording is superimposed over the top of a design outlined in green of two hands in black holding a black leaf within a black circle. In the upper left corner is a black globe outlined in blue, in the upper right is a black star with hands, shoes and a smiling face outlined in yellow with yellow eyes and a yellow mouth, in the lower left hand corner is a black winking mouse head outlined in orange with orange eyes, an orange nose and an orange mouth and five vertical orange lines above its head and in the lower right hand corner is a black television set outlined in red with two black buttons, red antenna and a red body attached to the television set. All of the foregoing is on a black background.
