The mark consists of a brown eagle with spread wings, white head, black eye, and yellow beak facing left and yellow claws holding a red, white and blue ribbon and having in front of its body a shield with the letters UBOTUS in capital blue letters on a white background across the white top of the shield above a circle of red, white and blue stars on a tan background comprisingthe remainder portion of the shield with two white soles of baby feet outlined in blue in the center of the circle of stars, with the shield ending at its base in an inverted triangular point.
