The mark consists of a configuration of the packaging of the goods. The outline of the bag is in dotted lines and is not claimed as a feature of the mark and only shows the position or placement of the mark in the container. The mark consists of the word "TURBANA" in stylized lowercase letters in white, with the wording "PLANTAIN" over "CHIPS" in stylized uppercase letters in white under the preceding wording and on the left center of the package over the wording "SWEET" over "& SALTY in stylized uppercase letters, with this wording appearing between two horizontal lines all in brown.
