Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the imagery of plant medicine (green leaves) surrounding the illustrated image of a rose (yellow, with black gradient shading, sitting atop a baseline of hand-created vintage, western, style slab-style typography rendered in black with an inline yellow rule, which has been redrawn on a curve. The combination of imagery altogether showcases and represents a suite of wellness products, digital content, and in-person activations through the company Trulevia. The color Yellow is is claimed as a distinctive feature of the mark on the illustrated rose, and the inline rule on the typography inside the word 'Trulevia'. The color Green is claimed as a distinctive feature of the mark in the form of the illustrated plant portion behind the rose, the rules on a curve surrounding the typography and also appears in the sub-copy: ' Established 2019' as well as in a green star on the left and on the right of this sub-copy. The color Black is claimed as a distinctive feature of the mark in the word 'Trulevia' and also as gradient shading in the rose and the plant leaves.
