Description of Design Search

The mark consists of product packaging for the goods.  At the center of the product packaging is a downwardfacing triangle outlined in brown with a gold interior that transitions to white near the upper middle portion of the triangle indicating reflectivity.  In the center of the triangle is the wording "TRIÁNGULO DE ORO" with "TRIÁNGULO" in red and "DE ORO" in black.  Beneath "DE ORO" is the wording "DARK ROAST" in black.  Behind the triangle is a brown horizontal line.  The portion of the packaging below the horizontal brown line is all black with three brown coffee beans to the lower left of the downward-facing triangle.  Above the brown horizontal line, the packaging contains a pebbled area that is crisscrossed with several intersecting black lines forming a variety of geometric shapes in various shades of orange, yellow, grey, blue, purple, green, and red.  Directly above the downward-facing triangle are four smaller triangles - one light blue with black outline, one blue with black outline, one purple with black outline, and one green with black outline.  On the left side of the pebbled area is a design of a figure consisting of geometric shapes in green and red formed by black lines.  The figure has a triangular head and four spikes of hair, a body formed by four triangles connected to form a rectangle, and has arms forming a rectangle above its head with a vertical black line extending above the head ending in a black asterisk shape.  The portion of the packaging above the pebbled area is black.  The dotted lines in the drawing indicate the placement of the mark on the packaging for the goods and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
