Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging, shown from the left and the right in two depictions. On the left, beginning at the near mid-point of the box and extending across the left side to the right edge of the mark is a irregular green arch that rises and then falls on the right side depiction of the box ending at the far edge of the mark approximately half way up from the bottom of the edge. Above the green arch is a gray field with diagonal gray and white lines. Near the top of the design are the words in black "TRAPSTIK FOR BITING FLIES" in large stylized type and below those words in smaller, black stylized type are the words "STICK IT TO BITING FLIES". Just above the green arch are the words in black "TRAPSTIK FOR BITING FLIES" in large stylized type and below those words in smaller black stylized type are the words "STICK IT TO BITING FLIES". Above and to the right of the lower set of words is a stylized image of a black and brown fly. On the left side of the packaging, to the left of the words "TRAPSTIK FOR BITING FLIES STICK IT TO BITING FLIES", are four rectangular photographs of flies, with two photographs of flies on top and two photographs of flies on the bottom. The top left image of a black and gray fly is on a white background, while the remaining three photographs are of black and gray flies on pink backgrounds. On the front of the packaging, under the green arch, and on top of a yellow background with white dots, is a partial image of a fly trapping device with a blue top and a light green, green, blue and light blue pixilated pattern. To the left of the partial image of a fly trapping device, on the left side of the packaging, is an image of a complete fly trapping device with a blue top and bottom and a light green, green, blue and light blue pixilated pattern, hanging from a yellow line to the left of a red barn door with white trim a gray hinge in an outdoor setting, with a light blue sky, blue mountains, brown dirt, gray pavement, and green trees in the background. To the right of the partial frontward image of the trapping device, on the right side of the packaging, is a complete image of the fly trapping device with a blue top and a light green, green, blue and light blue pixilated pattern, with a small which square with a curved right side just to the right of the fly trapping device.
