Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the lettering "TOP GUM" in capital blue letters with three red horizontal stripes to the right and three red horizontal stripes to the left of the wording, and one blue horizontal stripe that extends leftward from the top of the letter "T" and rightward from the top of the letter "M". There are three toothbrushes, one each colored red, white, and blue, all having white bristles, white grips, and a black outline, over the "TOP GUM" letters. Over the three toothbrushes are seven blue stars that form a half circle. Below "TOP GUM" is a horizontal blue stripe. Under the horizontal blue stripe is a large blue star. Below the large blue star is "DENTAL HYGIENE" in blue letters shaped in an arc. All other instances of the color white represent background or transparent areas and are not a feature of the mark.
