The mark consists of five circles where the first, innermost circle contains an image of an open book above waves and on top of a second circle. Solid, pointed rays extend outward around the circumference of the second circle to the edge of the circumference of the third circle. Between the third & fourth circles, there are four, solid stars with the arched words, "¡Todos a una!"and "Todos por um!" centered and with a star in between, at the lowermost edge. Between the fourth & fifth circles, the arched words, "SOCIEDAD HONORARIA HISPÁNICA" and the letters, "AATSP" appear in bold, capital letters with solid dots gradually ebbing in size from the centermost dot and flanking either side of "AATSP".
