The mark consists of a stylized design of gray mouse outlined in black with white eyes outlined in black and with black pupils with white highlights and the white portion of the eyes contain blue shading in the lower portion; the mouse has a pink nose with black outlines and a black mouth, the mouse's ears are colored pink in the interior portions and outlined in black; the areas to the bottom of the mouse's face, above the mouse's mouth, atop the eyes and lower parts of the ears are shaded in dark gray; the mouse's head and neck appear out of a triangular wedge of yellow, holey cheese that is outlined in black; the upper and left sides of the cheese are yellow and the right side of the cheese is dark yellow; the holes of the cheese are shaded orange; above the mouse design is a white banner outlined in black with a black back and blue shading that reads "TiMOTHY MAXX" in a stylized black font; with all letters capitalized except the second letter "i" in lower case; the color white in the background is not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represents the background.
