Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle. The cap and upper neck of the bottle is black with two thin red bands near the base of the cap. The front of the bottle includes the words "THE ORIGINAL" in a stylized black font placed horizontally above the words "BJ HOOKER'S" which are presented in a stylized font in black and red running vertically along the length of the bottle with the letter "B" nearest the top of the bottle and the letter "S" nearest the bottom of the bottle. A black band runs across the bottom portion of the bottle with the words "HANDMADE PREMIUM VODKA" in red placed in the center of the black band and the words "HOUSTON TEXAS" in red underneath. The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not a part of the mark. The remaining white represents background or transparency only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
