Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized border in the shape of a rectangle with lines, stippling and hatching marks in black and various shades of gray. The border contains trees, mountains, and foliage appearing in the lower left and right hand corners. On the lower left hand side appears a man with a bow and arrow. In the center framed by a white background is the stylized face of a man wearing a top hat. The top hat is in black, gray and white with a black hat band around the base of the crown of the hat. On the left and right side of the hat band is a white geometric design with a skull in the center. Above the hat is the word "THE" in small black letters. Across the top hat are the words "BARON" and "SAMEDI" in red and white. The word "SAMEDI" appears beneath "BARON". The face consist of lines, stippling and hatching marks in black, gray and white with snakes, alligators, a possum, a bird, a frog, feathers, a coffin and two men holding a sword making up the various features of the face. On both sides of the chin but not touching the face are two gray ribbons.
