The mark consists of the stylized wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION", "MISSION WRAPS", "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION", and "MISSION WRAPS". Across the top of the mark is a rectangular, dark red banner with a curved bottom edge which is orange. Inside the rectangular banner are designs of wheat spikes, tomatoes and plant leaves in light red. Partially covering the left side of the banner is a small rectangle with curved edges. The center of the small rectangle is white, and the border is orange. Inside of the small rectangle is an orange leaf design, centered to the right. Below the dark red banner, centered in the middle of the mark is a design of a yellow arch outlined in white and again in gold, containing a red and gold bell hanging from a black poll in a white cutout of the arch. One gold flower shape appears to both the left and the right of the cutout. Above the cutout appears the stylized, red wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION". Below the arch appears the stylized, white wording "MISSION" inside of a red rectangle which is outlined in yellow and black. Below the red rectangle appears the stylized, white and gold wording "WRAPS" which is outlined in dark red. The wording "WRAPS" appears inside of a light red banner with curved, dark red edges. The banner is further outlined on the bottom and top edges in yellow, which is further outlined in gold on the bottom. Below the banner design appear three green basil leaves. To the right of the basil leaves appear two red tomatoes with green stems. To the right of the tomatoes appear two sandwich wrap halves. The sandwich wrap halves are both light brown on the outside and contain, in the center, green, yellow, red, light brown, and pink filling. Along the bottom of the design appears a dark red rectangle. Inside of the dark red rectangle, to the left, appears a design of a yellow arch outlined in gold, containing a red and gold bell hanging from a black poll in a white cutout of the arch. One gold flower shape appears to both the left and the right of the cutout. Above the cutout appears the stylized, red wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION". Below the arch appears the stylized, white wording "MISSION" inside of a red rectangle which is outlined in yellow and black. To the right of the arch and rectangle design, still inside of the dark red rectangle appears the stylized, white and gold wording "WRAPS" which is outlined in dark red. The wording "WRAPS" appears inside of an orange banner with curved, dark red edges. To the right of the wording, still inside of the dark red rectangle appear two horizontal, white curvy lines. To the right of the lines, still inside of the dark red rectangle appears a small, white rectangle with curved, orange edges. Inside of the small rectangle is an orange leaf design, centered to the right. At the bottom, right side of the white rectangle appears a small, orange circle which is outlined in dark red.
