The mark consists of an outer rectangular olive frame with discontinuous abrasion pattern, a rectangular shaped blank transparent space separating the outer olive frame and the inner rectangular design, an inner rectangular design with abrasions along all four sides of the rectangle consisting of an olive triangle in the upper right hand corner above the diagonal line of the rectangle and yellow green color triangle in the low left hand corner below the diagonal line of the rectangle, two blank transparent leaves laying across the diagonal line, a yellow green color stem appearing from the lower left hand corner of each leaf, a styled sienna colored word "Teapresso" appearing across and overlaying the picture design with the first capitalized letter "T" on the left hand side of the outer olive frame, outside of the outer rectangular olive frame; the last two letters "s" and "o" on the right hand side of the outer rectangular olive frame, outside of the picture design; the letters "e" and "s" overlaying on the left and right outer olive frame respectively; letters "a" "p" "r" "e" overlaying and appearing entirely within the outer olive rectangular frame..
