Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized letter "T" in gold with a black outline with the number "1854" in white with "18" on the left of the letter "T" and "54" on the right of the letter "T". The stylized wording "PILIPINAS ESPECIA SPICED RUM" appears in stacked white lettering with white leaf shapes surrounding the wording and creating a circular design. The words "PILIPINAS" and "ESPECIA" have curved underlining in white. The wording "FILIPINO RUM INTERTWINED WITH EXOTIC SSSPICES" appears in white lettering underneath the circular design. A gold diamond appears underneath, with "750 ML" and "40% ALC/VOL" appearing in white underneath the diamond separated by a white vertical line. To the left of the wording appears the design of a snake coiled around a bamboo stalk with a variety of flowers and leaves. The snake is yellow, orange and black.
