Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the word "ENZY" in stylized print font in red, with a dark brown shadow on all four letters in "ENZY" and with a red line formed by the top of the four letters in "ENZY" and a white line through the top half of the "NZY" letters. Attached to the left side of the "E" in "ENZY" is a black and white checkered flag. Above the word "ENZY" appears the words "SUPER RACER" in block print font in dark yellow. There are also five different characters appearing above the words "SUPER RACER ENZY", as follows, appearing from left to right in the mark: (1) a dark gray animal with blue and white eyes, light gray fur around his eyes and at the tip of his ears, a black nose, and a large white face between the nose and the chin, wearing a dark blue and black jacket with a light blue stripe down the front, a yellow, black and white flag on the upper right arm of the jacket, with a black cuff on the right arm of the jacket. The dark gray animal is also wearing black rimmed glasses and a dark blue and black baseball cap with a light blue flying bird design on the hat, and the animal is holding in his left hand a dark brown helmet with a silver rim; (2) to the right of the dark gray animal is a turquoise cartoon creature with white and black eyes, with his mouth open and smiling, with his right arm up and his left arm straight out, wearing a yellow hooded one piece outfit with pull strings for the hood, with no sleeves, and with black lines on the side of the yellow outfit and black feet; (3) to the right of the turquoise creature is a larger cartoon animal resembling a bear, with brown fur, a light tan face, black and white eyes, a black nose, a brown mouth, white teeth, with large red hands, with one hand in a fist at his side and the other hand up with a thumbs up signal, white cuffs and three black toes on each foot, wearing a dark brown helmet with a white stripe in the middle of the helmet, with the white stripe surrounded on either side by yellow lines, and a silver rim on the helmet; (4) to the right of the brown animal is a cartoon animal that is light pink, with a dark pink nose, blue and white eyes, with her mouth open with white teeth, with white accents inside the ears, wearing a dark pink shirt that covers the hands and fingers, and the hands are being held up in fists; and (5) to the right of the pink animal appears a standing medium gray cartoon animal wearing an orange cap and orange goggles that are just above his eyes, with white and black eyes, a black nose and a dark gray mouth, and wearing a purple shirt with an off white collar and orange trim on the bottom of the shirt, with one hand holding his chin and the other hand held across his body holding a sliver wrench, and the animal has three dark gray toes on each foot.
