Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an open circle with the upper sixth tens of the circle colored in white with a depiction of the lower portion of the state of Michigan in military green with flecks of light green centered in the middle of the upper portion. The top of the state depiction is colored in flecked gold that appear to be dripping down from the top. The lower four tenths of the circle has light blue flecks on a dark blue background with a military green colored cross centered in the middle and between the word "EST". displayed in the color white on the left and "2019" displayed in the color white on the right. The words "MICHIGAN CANNABIS" displayed in the color white are wrapped underneath the "EST"., the cross and "2019", inside the lower portion of the circle. The top of the lower portion of the circle contains three evergreen trees in blue off-centered to the left and three evergreen trees in blue off-centered to the right. The evergreen trees extend into the white upper portion of the circle and are on either side of the depiction of the lower peninsula of Michigan. The upper portion of the circle is outlined in a strip of dark blue that breaks on either side before it touches the lower portion of the circle. In between the upper blue outline and the lower portion of the circle on the left side is the word "Premium" in dark blue script written horizontally and extending out of the circle.
