The mark consists of a design comprised of a silver horseshoe with horse heads on either side of the horseshoe. The horses are silver with yellow eyes. Yellow wheels and an outer ring of yellow flames appear at the top of each side of the horseshoe. A blue stylized letter "R" appears in the wheel on the left and a blue stylized letter "C" appears in the wheel on the right.
