Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a red rectangular background that transitions to white at the bottom. In the upper left of the rectangle is a concentric circular logo comprising an inner circle containing a black flame design and a red star on a gray and white background. The inner circle is surrounded by a green outer circle containing the words "STARBUZZ TOBACCO" in black stylized font separated by a red star. Overlapping the lower portion of the green outer circle is a gray and white banner containing the words "SINCE 2005" in stylized black font. Beneath the circular logo are the words "CLASSIC DOUBLE APPLE" in stylized font on two lines with "CLASSIC" in black with white outlining, "DOUBLE" in red with white outlining and "APPLE" in green with white outlining. In the right portion of the mark are the words "STARBUZZ TOBACCO" in white block lettering outlined in black and white above an image of two apples, one green and one red, both with brown stems and the red apple having a green leaf attached. Surrounding the apple image are diagonal white lines forming a circular pattern. White wisps of smoke appear above the area of transition between the red and white areas of the background.
