The mark is a motion mark. The mark consists of an animation logo of a deck of cards. The cards are purple, blue, maroon, light blue, mustard and orange. They first float into a stack of cards then beginning to shuffle in a lateral fashion, followed by floating and assembling in a line and showing the cards with various policy icons on them, popping one card at a time with a slight pause to display the policy icon on each, repeating card spinning rapidly, floating in an almost circular motion. The blue card has a school building with the lettering K-12 inside a box below it. The maroon card has two offset boxes with the Roman numeral "IX" inside it. The light blue card has a dollar sign inside a circle above a cap. The mustard card has a ballot box inside it. The purple card has two figures balancing on a scale. The orange card has a graphic of the earth with a thermometer. The cards then shuffle and the light blue card has a gavel design inside it. The purple card has a looking glass and bar chart. The mustard card has a figure in a wheelchair with two arcs. The blue card has a head in profile within a circle. The maroon card has a marijuana leaf inside a circle with a check mark. The orange card has a gun with an "X" above it with five dashes below within a circle. The deck shuffles again and ends with the word "STACKED" followed by "THE DECK IS STACKED AGAINST US LET'S RESHUFFLE THE CARDS" positioned in close proximity to the stack of cards all in black.
