Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the literal words "Spur" printed with block print, the print having small curved points and the "P" and "R" having extended curved points resembling and signifying a spur on an animal such as a wild turkey. The words are on top of the design of a turkey spur consisting of two parts of the spur, the first, larger part of the spur sweeping from an essentially vertical line, representing the turkey leg, as a rough outer arc extending upward and to the right then ending at the highest point of the spur while the inner arc extends upward to the right, then juts left and back as a large arc, being almost horizontal to the ground, toward the vertical line to an inner point with the line then jutting back to the right and sweeping upward in an arc to finish at the highest point of the spur thereby creating an outer point of the spur. The second and smaller part of the turkey spur sweeping down and to the right and ending below the first part at a point then jutting back to the left and toward the turkey leg. Both the first part and the second part spreading outward as it reaches the essentially vertical lines that close each first and second part of the turkey spur.
